Mr. Eric Ng Chin Kuong

Founder / Group Executive Director

Eric Ng Chin Kuong, the Founder and Group Executive Director of S L Ng Group and ISP Group, embarked on his career in 1996 selling consumer goods from a van and strategically transitioned S L Ng Group by securing distribution rights. Under his visionary leadership, S L Ng Group expanded regionally, formed partnerships, and enhanced operational efficiency. Eric's journey, marked by resilience and strategic acumen, positioned S L Ng Group as a key player in distribution, supply chain and warehousing.

Looking forward, Eric envisions S L NG Group to pursue our journey to become Top FMCG Distributor. In addition, diversified growth and revenue streams by venturing into industrial properties by incorporating ISP Group in 2022 to vertically integrate its logistics warehousing operations. This integration is poised to bring about increased efficiency, cost savings and enhanced control over the entire supply chain process, positioning itself for sustained growth in response to market demands and trends.

Mr. Tan Kuan Kae

General Manager of Commercial

Mr Tan Kuan Kae joined S L NG in 2021 as General Manager of Commercial. He holds a Degree in Business Information Technology from Coventry University. He embarked on his professional journey as Management Trainee and grew his career journey as Sales Director in several MNC such as DHL, Nestle, DKSH Smollan and Shell Malaysia prior joining S L NG.

He spearheads strategic initiatives, drives business growth and optimizing and managing operational efficiency. He has continuously showcased his leadership and strategic thinking which has contributed significantly to S L NG success and growth.

Ms. Quek Mei Ling

General Manager of Operation

Ms. Quek Mei Ling has been with S L Ng group of companies since it’s humble beginnings in the year 2000. Over the years Mei Ling has attended various courses in Human Resource Management, Warehouse Management in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

She plays a vital role in the establishment, whereby she excels in handling multiple tasks, which include overseeing warehouses operations, logistics and distributions, HR and admin, customer solutions, credit management, and claims Mei Ling has contributed to the growth of S L Ng and continues to be its pillar of strength till today.

Ms. Selena Ong

Chief Financial Officer

Selena Ong is a professional with a degree in Commerce, specialising in Accounting, and holds membership with the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Australia. Commencing her career as an Accountant Assistant at Yi Lai Industry in 2006, she progressed to become an Accountant at Cal-Comp Precision in 2008. Selena's dedication and proficiency led to her promotion as Manager, Finance in 2012, where she demonstrated leadership and streamlined financial processes.

Selena has served as the Chief Financial Officer of S L Ng Group since 2018 and subsequently ISP Group as well, a testament to her strategic financial acumen. In this key role, she oversees financial reporting, compliance and provides insightful contributions to business growth. As a Member of CPA, Australia, Selena exemplifies her commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards. Her journey is marked by a consistent trajectory of success, contributing significantly to the financial health and growth of the organisations she has been a part of. Selena Ong is recognised for her expertise, leadership, and strategic contributions, making her a respected figure in the Group.
