Creating Legacies

Our journey began when our Founder, Eric Ng, set out on his visionary mission in the latter half of 2022 to establish a distinctive real estate asset class in Malaysia. Despite the challenges posed by the global COVID-19 pandemic, in under two years since Eric initiated this journey, we have achieved a remarkable milestone - accumulating 10 projects and assets to date, with an additional 10 projects and assets in our 2024 pipeline.

Diverging from conventional real estate companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs) in Malaysia, our Group specialises in Purpose-Built Workers Accommodations (PBWA) alongside logistics warehouses and manufacturing properties. Our ambition is clear: to emerge as the foremost provider of PBWA in Malaysia by 2026, while steadfastly adhering to our tagline 'Creating Legacies'.
